Our Customers Include Both Federal and Industrial Businesses
PCI is developing advanced catalytic reactors, nanomaterials, sorbents, and their systems for a variety of markets. We invite you to explore some of our applications we are developing in the following markets:
Federal and State Agencies
PCI has been an active participant in the Federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program since the inception of the company. The SBIR program operates at the Federal agency level to provide Federal grant and contract support for competitively-selected technological innovation proposed by small businesses in response to specific federal agency RFPs.
PCI often will use an SBIR win to support development of initial technology proof of concept and development, with more advanced technology and product development supported by industrial partners, follow on SBIR Phase II projects, regular governmental R&D contracts such as the Rapid Innovation Fund, or PCI internal research and development. In this strategy, PCI has been successful in advancing its R&D work in programs meeting governmental technology requirements, while advancing those technologies towards products for sale to both industry and government.
PCI has performed under R&D, product sale, and service contracts for Federal government agencies, both as prime contractor and as subcontractor. Agencies include:
- DOE
- DoD (Army, Navy, Air Force, DARPA, Missile Defense Agency)
- EPA
- NASA
- NSF
- USDA
Commercial Customers
PCI’s commercial end-markets are generally industrial or automotive, where our advanced catalytic reactors and systems allow a commercial product to achieve high or unique performance levels at reasonable or reduced system costs. PCI works with a number of industrial companies, both large and small, in the aerospace, defense, fuel cell, oil and gas, automotive and others sectors, typically as project partners for U.S. Government funded projects or under projects funded by a commercial sponsor.
